Ordering & discretion

Will anyone know what I ordered?

No. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or mailer. There is nothing on the outside but a shipping label — no store name, no product names, and nothing indicating the contents are adult. The return address is generic.

What will show up on my bank statement?

Charges appear under a neutral descriptor, not the store name and not a product description.

Do I have to be 18?

Yes. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater. See our Age Verification policy.

Shipping

How fast will it ship?

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST with an expedited (overnight or 2-day) method typically ship the same business day. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and the method you chose at checkout.

Who do you ship with, and is it free?

USPS and UPS, within the United States. Live rates are shown at checkout based on your order’s weight and your address. Orders over $50 ship free.

Can I track it?

Yes — you’ll get a tracking number by email once it ships, and it’s in your account under Order History.

Returns

Can I return something if I change my mind?

No. Because these products are intimate and personal, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or unsealed items under any circumstances. This is a health and hygiene standard across the whole industry. Please choose carefully — read the product details, and use the guides below if you’re unsure.

So what is covered?

We stand behind what we send. We’ll make it right if the item arrives with a manufacturer defect (report it within 30 days), or if we sent you the wrong item. Full detail on the Returns & Refunds page.
